Ø  To avail of our services please follow these steps
Register your account after submitting your credentials

Ø  In the next step you have to verify your account by clicking on
the link in the email which will be sent to you on the email id you have
provided.

Ø  Choose the specialty or the genre of your ailment. A list of
specialties is given on the specialties page.

Ø  After choosing the specialty you will be directed to the page
showing " reason for consultation" where you will need to provide a
reason or cause for consultation.

After this you will be directed to the payment gateway where
you will have to make your payment either with your card or by net
banking.

Ø  After this you  log in and go to the connect with forum
option—” list” option. There you will find an automatically
generated token. Copy it

Ø  In the final step you have to go to the "Connect with Forum"
option – “ forum “sub option and enter your token number.

Ø  After this the chat process will be initiated where you can ask
your question. Please remember that the answer to your question will not
be delivered instantaneously but within 48 hours.
     

Ø  When you upload reports to our doctors---- Dicom images for X Ray,
CT, MRI scans will be preferred.
